This picture was the result of a barrettes photo shoot than Anaya and I had this morning. If she can't sell them I don't what will. She was such a cooperative model too.

It's official

We are officially South Carolina residents. Sigh. The pictures aren't so bad and I imagine from November - May, we won't be sighing anymore. The heat and humidity are pretty brutal right now but it'll be worth it.

Poker face

Who knows how she spots all the things she ends up putting in her mouth but, man, she's really got an eye, a trait most certainly NOT inherited from her mother. It's hot down here so she's also prefering to run around onesie-less - those rolls aren't going to last forever so best to celebrate them while we can.

Just another day in the Asthana/Walsh household. Anaya is understanding vocabulary like a champ. Her new fav is "fan". She's also sharing with all of us, Tella included.

Fun with the music table

Thanks to our friends Jeff, Sarah, Grace, and Charlotte for donating their musical table to Anaya, which now provides her with more entertainment than we've ever seen. It's our best hand-me-down yet.

House tour part 1

Here is the first installation of our new house tour. The kitchen is really the highlight and unfortunately you can barely see it, but you get the idea. I'll post some before and after pics on flickr to boot. We love the house as does Anaya who now has more space than ever to cruise around.
