Oatmeal face

Here's some great footage of the joy of eating oatmeal when you don't know how to swallow. We've quickly realized that our daughter is anything but camera shy.

Tooth number 2

Well, the post is a week late but it's here nonetheless. The second tooth arrived with gusto about a week after the first. There was a little more agitation for Anaya but she pulled through like a champ, once again. Now when she bites, it really hurts so we've begun to introduce the concept of "gentle" and "ouch". We'll see how long it takes to stick.

Well, maybe just only one "Rolling" but it's a start.

Playdate with Jane

Anaya had a playdate last week with cutie Jane Ellen Rust. Here they are at Whole Foods for lunch. Too bad Anaya wanted to eat Jane for lunch but had to settle for some formula.

The first tooth

Here it is. A little blurry but there nonetheless. We are surprised at how sharp the little bugger is. The 2nd one is on its way too because we feel the bump. She has been a trooper about the whole thing. Eating well, gnawing and drooling like mad, and in very good spirits.

Peek-a-boo

She has been so giggly lately. We love it. Peek-a-boo has been a sure fire way to bring the laughter out of her.
